All buyers must register with South Florida Truck and Equipment Auction - giving their name, address, phone number, and proper I.D. The buyer is the highest bidder. Conditions of the sale cannot be altered by anyone but the auctioneer. Any announcements made the day of the sale take presedence over any printed material. A dispute arising between two bidders will be settled by the auctioneer (his decision will be final).South Florida Truck And Equipment Auction or the auctioneer will not be responsible for items ( sold or not sold ) lost or damaged due to fire, theft, acts of nature, breakage, or damage of any other nature. Any article or item sold shall be removed from the sale area by the purchaser at his or her own expense. South Florida Truck And Equipment Auction or its personnel are not responsible for any accidents that may occur. No claim will be allowed once merchandise has sold and leaves auction area. South Florida Truck And Equipment Auction will hold viewing times. Please inspect all items that you plan to bid on. All merchandise is sold as is. South Florida Truck And Equipment Auction and its Auctioneers do not guarantee in any way the authenticity, size, or condition of any item sold. However, we will try, to the best of our ability to represent each item correctly. Please do not bid if you do not plan to keep it. All sales are final. All sales must be paid for the day of the sale and before leaving the auction premises ( no exceptions ). Any item bought must be removed the day of the auction unless prior arrangements are made with South Florida Truck And Equipment Auction. Any purchased item left for more than 15 days will be subject to resale.
Terms of Sale:
* Payment in cash, cashier's check , business check, or personal check
accompanied by a bank letter of guarantee.
*All sales are on an "AS-IS", "WHERE-IS" basis.
* Payment in full, day of the auction.
* 10% Buyer's premium added to bid price on all sales.
* Inspection: 9a.m. - 4p.m. day prior to auction.
* All purchases must be removed by 5 p.m. the Monday following the auction.
*All purchases are subject to state and local taxes. All purchases must be paid
for before leaving the auction premises.
